Seventy Squares Limited was born from a team of friends driven by a perfectionist spirit and inspired by the challenge of rising house prices. United by a shared goal, we set out to design a collection of beautiful, architectural, affordable, and practical homes— all under 70 square metres.
With a well-balanced team that includes an architectural expert, experienced builders, and a qualified surveyor, we bring together the perfect combination of expertise to lay the foundation for Seventy Squares Limited. After configuring your home, you can submit an inquiry form with your preferences saved. This form will provide your contact details and any specific notes or questions you have.
Step 4
Confirmation and Consultation
Once your inquiry is received, our team will reach out to confirm the details and schedule a consultation. This is where we can answer any remaining questions, and finalize your order.
Step 5
Order and Payment
After the consultation, you will receive a formal quote and payment instructions. You can then proceed to place a deposit to confirm your order.
Step 6
Delivery Coordination
Once the order is placed, our team will coordinate with you the best way in which we can assist in delivering your new flatpack home.

Finally, after your home is delivered, our team will follow up to ensure everything meets expectations and offer any ongoing support you might need.
